New without tags, but still has the size sticker on the front as to why I listed these as new with tags. Made of 52% Cotton, 48% Polyester. XS measures 12 1/2” across from top of shoulder to top of shoulder-S is 13”. XS is 14” across from arm pit to arm pit-S is 15”. Length in XS is 23” long from top of shoulder to bottom hem-S is 24”. Size shown on dress form is small.
