@elsiabojy678 I keep getting error messages when I push accept and put my credit card info in. Every time I talk to technical support it just says please tell us your balance or transfer money to your account. They basically are not understanding what is going on. I'm very sorry! This is my first time selling on here and it's not working! I'll keep trying. We might need to just cancel the transaction.

@elsiabojy678 I’m having a lot of problems with tech-support they keep telling me that my transaction should’ve gone through all my card and I’m not seeing anything. They basically told me that I need to get your consent and they’re gonna freeze my debit card and block me from using it permanently have you ever had this issue?

I contacted customer service and tried to verify my card since I’m a first time seller and it got delayed and they were very rude to me and basically kicked me off and said because I didn’t complete the task in an hour I’m banned from the website and I can no longer sell anything. I’m really sorry for any inconvenience. I really didn’t mean for that to happen. I’m very frustrated with customer service. L
