Aerie Holly strapless/halter swimsuit bikini top

2-tone neon pink underwire, pushup 4 removable straps - use 2 to create a tied halter strap; I'm not sure about how to use the additional 2. They are all the same length, with a hook on one end & a little loop on the other that the hooks fit into. There are 2 ribbon hooks at the front of the top & 2 metal loops on the back band (see photos 5 & 8).
