@thedreaclub I’ve worn it out of the house dressed up with heels and denim jacket and more casual with sandals or tennis shoes

@thedreaclub just checked on their website-100% cotton. Waist is smocked so can fit a variety of sizes. I’ll measure when I get home.

@thedreaclub lying flat the waist is 15” across. Very stretchy and is smocked. I’d guess could fit a range from size 10-14
