lmitch9619 @daileydelivery Hi! They look matte like cotton, but are actually made of polyester and elastin. They are high rise - have a 3” ht. band added to the top of the waist. Please note, we just realized this listing didn’t indicate they are a size Large Short (petite); it’s now corrected. But we do have the identical gray Chill Play Move leggings in regular height L. Also, we have some additional colors that haven’t been put online yet. Thanks for shopping! =)
