Advance Pattern 4011 Vintage 1940s Blouse Size 14 Bust 32

Original vintage Advance 4011 sewing pattern Front buttoned blouse, fitted at the waist, with very short sleeves. Stand up collar or neckline extending to tie ends. Size 14, bust 32, waist 26, hip 35 Original pattern. Unprinted, perforated pattern pieces factory precut to size, instructions complete and in good condition. I do not see any damage or pin marks to pattern pieces so it may be unused.
