bbsboutiqueshop @wellnessjunkie1 Hello! Yes I have Pastel colors available. Do you know what cirs you would like? Light Yellow, Aqua, Lavender, light Pink, Mint Green? Yes the skirt is a pull on. I make the skirts to the measurement of the smallest part of the waist that way it has a nice comfortable fit when worn lower on the hips.
