Costume Party? Shows wear and has a musty odor from being in trunk for many years. The panty is visible through the tulle skirt. Has a few holes in the tulle, but not visible. Has a stain on the inside of the bodice. Does not have a size, but my daughter usually wore a Large so to play it safe, it would fit a medium.
