This is a beautiful dress made for special occasions. It comes with a black ribbon waist. Sizing: Size: medium Chest: 16 inches Waist: 13 inches Length: 32 inches Straps are adjustable Zipper is located on the side of the dress New without tags: the dress does have 2 tiny pinholes (see photo) and one of its straps is pulling a tiny bit (see photo) Please note: I have tried my best to list and note any defects the item might have.
