This is a high waisted midi pleated skirt by Adrianna Papell. No zippers or buttons, it has a stretchy waist. It’s a midi skirt but at 5’3” it hits closer to the ankles. It is fully lined, but the satin lining only goes to the knees which leaves the bottom of the skirt lightweight and flowy. It is a small polka dotted pattern and the color is a light mocha color. Outer lining is light but not see through. Inside lining is a cool and comfortable satin. Size XS but runs large. It will fit a small or medium. No rips, holes, tears, stains.
