Adrianna Papell cocktail dress, midi length, black and white

Midi length cocktail dress from Adrianna Papell. Only worn once! Excellent condition, only imperfection is tiny brown dot above bust (see photo). Size on tag says US 0, but more accurately fits size 2-4! Fun, flowing skirt :)
