dkensington @vickisueellison So I’m not sure it will fit a 38 D. It’s a halter...tied around the neck, so it was a bit tricky to measure. I measured around like it was a band under the bust and got right around 35”. My other concern would be front coverage. The cloth bits that are meant to cover the breast aren’t as ample as one might like to be completely “in” the dress at a larger cup size. The length is variable ...a bit longer in different spots as

dkensington it’s that handkerchief style...but it’s definitely long enough for what you described. The shell is 100% silk. The lining is 100% polyester. Please let me know if I can send other information or photos. Sorry again for the delay. It was my birthday, and we were out later than expected.

vickisueellison @dkensington Happy Birthday! Your right..doubt it'd cover my boobs. I'm super blessed..ugh..my whole life I was a 36C. Perfect size. Modeled.And boom about 15 yrs ago I grew but stayed slender otherwise. I take after my grandma I guess! I'll have to pass. If a skirt it'd work! Thanks for yr time.
