Gorgeous navy blue base with purple flora pattern. Fit and flare has pleated skirt with simple ribbon at the waist. Shell: Polyester Lining 96% Polyester and 4% Elastane. I’m 5’8 and it hits at the knee. Only worn a couple of times.
