Velvet and sequin details! Worn once and received tons of compliments! I think some sequins may be missing but hard to tell! I took a few pictures of the skirt part so you can see for yourself. Looks beautiful. I’m 5’2 and wore 3-4 inch heels. You could wear shorter shoes too!
