Adrianna Papell Cocktail Dress - Perfect Holiday Dress

The fabric is a turquoise green color, made of rayon, polyester and nylon. It looks like a shantung silk. The lining is 100% acetate. There’s about 6 inches of tulle at the bottom which makes it hold its shape well. The neck is V shaped. The black band at the waistline is made of a thick black ribbon, well constructed. The front sleeveless area and the entire back neckline is constructed of fabric looking flowers (same fabric as the dress) finished with heavy black thread. Rarely worn. Excellent condition.
