This dress by Adrianna Papell is a black lace overlay over cream, deep V in both front and back. Back zipper. Size 12. High waist, black flounce skirted sheath dress. Sleeveless. Excellent used condition. I don't see a care tag, but my guess/recommendation is dry clean. Could be used as formal wear/wedding attire. Note:. On last picture, see where lace near zipper on one side does not come as close to the zipper as other side. Almost unnoticed unless you're looking for a flaw. I did not find until packaging.
