laurahs123 @sweitzer2 sorry for the delay - the bust is kind of hard to measure because it is darted, so there is more room than this, but it measures 16.5 inches laying flat from the armpit to armpit seam. The lining is somewhat stretchy. The waist measures 14 inches laying flat (so I'd guess 28/29 inches round). Let me know if you have any other questions!

laurahs123 @stemjmu It is 100% polyester. It has a lining fabric that is thin and soft, and then the skirt overlay is a very fine mesh. The upper you can see the lining behind the fine mesh overlay. It's very comfortable fabric. Let me know if you have any other questions!
