Adorable work dress

Black with white retirement circle pattern. Super stylish front pocket and faux buttons waistline. Zips in the back with eyehook closure. Has soem stretch..not liberal enough for my hips. I am a 36D-34-and flux between 43-45 hip area. I love fitted retro dresses...this one is pretty great. No tags ..but have never worn.
