Vintage American sweetheart, button up with mid-length sleeves that can be unbuttoned for a looser cuff as well as folded and buttoned to make it shorter! Only the front is scalloped at the bottom but it just makes for such a cute and unique piece that I’d love to layer over tanks and dresses (I don’t know why I’m selling it lol) Medium but would look perfect for small or large!
