Adorable tank dress with ribbon tie (also could be a long shirt)

Gorgeous dress with multiple layers and a fun ribbon tie for behind the neck. Size 14. Was hoping I would eventually fit into this lovely item but it was not to be. The outer layer is silk, and the ribbon is gorgeous. Size zip. Measurements as shown. Pet and smoke free home.
