This is a hand wash only item. It is 95% cotton and 5% Polyester. Adorable Spring skirt. It is 16 inches in length. Very comfortable and looks great with a lightweight sweater. This is a size medium. It does have a liner. This is an A-Line skirt that falls above the knee.
