Adorable skirt from Target

This I have to say is one of the cutest skirts I've gotten from target. Unfortunately it was a size too small so I had to go get a size bigger for me. So this was has only been tried on once. New with tags. Has been hanging in my closet for the longest time untouched. Has deepest pockets! Elastic waist band ( thank heaven ) easy to slip on & off. Great with a plain white shirt. Can be cute & casual or even dressed up.
