Adorable rayon dress 3/4 sleeve

Cute dress purchased from a street vender in NYC . I purchased 2 have lost weight due to injury so this one was never worn. From shoulder to hem is 49 “ Sleeve is 18 from end of shoulder to top of sleeve end. Waist is elastic And unstretched is 15 “ across - stretched out to about 22 across. The dress is very feminine , the mannequin it is on has very broad shoulders so it actually looks more like the last photo when worn. The design is printed .
