Fully lined with pockets. The hook is at the top of the zipper but the loop has come off. All it needs is a loop of thread so that you can hook the clasp through it, I wore it with only zipper zipped and it stayed secure. So may not even need it as it’s just an added attachment. Purchased at a local boutique.
