Adorable off the shoulder dress by Timotiwa

Got handed down this dress so i don't know much history, but it's adorable. It says size 4, but I think it's closer to a 3T. I know it's a Nigerian company, but I'm not sure if these clothes are available in the states or if it was shipped from overseas. The neckline, waist and arms are all elastic. Tie around the waist. Handkerchief hemline. Perfect for a photo shoot.
