Adorable mini strapless dress

This is a great dress for homecoming or fall dance! The bow accentuates the waist nicely and the flowers are super cute. Blue is very vibrant and adds a nice pop of color to this adorable dress. The size says it’s a 3/4, but I think a 2 would probably be a better fit. The cardigan in the first picture can also be included if desired for no extra cost!
