Adorable jacket

I loved this jacket- it was flattering, comfortable, and went with everything. Unfortunately it no longer fits. The material is a thick cotton, and the sleeves 3/4 length. There are no holes, rips, etc. measured flat: sleeves: sleeves: 16.5”, shoulder to hem: 18”, shoulder to shoulder: 12.5” Like this one? I have another exactly like it in a pale khaki.
