Adorable girls black and white plaid lined dress for winter. Size 3/4.

Girls sleeveless plaid black and white lined winter dress/jumper. Cute over a long sleeve solid top and tights. My daughter was able to wear this at 3. It seems more like a size 3 than 4 although it says 4 on the tag.
