Adorable free ppl dress/top (super short)

Absolutely love the colors in this dress it is just way too short on me to be worn as a dress.. also super cute as a top (white pants😍) I’m 5’5” so if you’re looking for a dress I’d recommend for a shorter girl but also super cute as a top for any height.
