Adorable cutout summer dress like new!

This is an adorable dress perfect for summer hot days. It is size small, 100% polyester, puff sleeves with a cute tie in front. It has an elastic chest and waist cut out in the back just attached in the front so it is open in the back and the sides. I am not exactly sure of the brand as I cannot really read it. But it is similar to princess Polly or boutique.
