Adorable cotton mini dress. Size small/medium

The dress is so cute! It is super soft cotton. It’s lined and has beautiful braided straps. The colors are amazing. I have measured it laying flat without stretching it out but please note that the back does have a stretchy material that will give some. I do think it runs small though.
