Adorable child-size handmade/vintage sweater/cardigan

This sweet vintage or handmade sweater/cardigan looks to be handmade, but it does have a size tag. Some wear and pilling can be seen, but doesn’t affect the beauty of it. Size could maybe fit around a 6x/7? Pit to pit is 13” Top button to hem is 16” Neck to cuff (without turned cuff) is 23.5” Color is navy. Buttons are antiqued silver in color. Not sure if the fabric, but could be a wool blend. Hard to say.
