Adorable blue skirt with black elastic waist

This cute little skirt was bought 2 years ago and I haven't worn it once! It's time for it to go haha! It is a pretty blue color with black waist band. It is elastic. There is a flirty layer of lace underneath that peaks through the bottom! Nothing wrong with it!
