Adorable blue romper

Ute paisley romper from Cotton On! Size XS - would fit girls who are normally a 2-4. Really cute and flattering. Purchased overseas. Disclaimer: the strap (shown) has a little fraying in the back but not noticeable! I pair it with a cute cardigan but you could just cut off the fraying.
