Adorable black dress w/ layered bottom

This is the cutest Carrie Bradshaw style dress! Dark gray soft tank on top, wide elastic high waistband, & bottom has 2 layers of black tulle over a black skirt. Front length, from scoop neck to bottom layer is 29”. Length from waistband is 23”. Waist is 15” laid flat and has stretch. Size Large, Junior style.
