Adorable XS cotton floral dress with ruched bodice

Excellent gently used condition. Great detailing with a ruffle scoop neck and ruched bodice, skirt is also fully lined. Bodice approximately 25” across the top under bust line, approximately 27” across the bottom at the waistline, elasticized across the back (see detail in pics).
