Adorable Vtg Straw Woven Rainbow Clutch

Late 70s; good vintage condition. Rope straps may need a little bleach + light pen marks on interior lining. Some cracking on top of envelope flap- see last pic. 12.5” L x 8” H x 2” W; hangs 15” straps approx 16” long. Max opening width is 5”
