Adorable Vintage Style Dress

XS Navy blue with white old fashioned keys on it, elastic waist. The coral braided belt didn't come with it but I think it's a really pretty accent . 100% polyester and the skirt part is lined. I love this dress but it's a bit snug on me. It's an XS but I can wear it and I'm a bit over 5'6" and 140lbs
