Adorable Vintage Black Floral Drop Waist Dress

Pit to pit on the hanger is about 17.5 inches. It’s not a stretchy material, but fills out because of “extra” material. I am a size 12 in dresses, sometimes a 10, with a bra size of 36ddd and it fits perfectly on me. I may keep it. There are a couple pin holes from where the tags was, completely unnoticeable, just wanting to make note of that. This dress is in excellent, unworn condition. It’s super flattering and perfect with sandals or white sneakers.
