Adorable Vintage 80s Top

This top is a beautiful turquoise color with tiny feather accents throughout. The tie around the neck is not attached, so tie as you please, or don't tie at all :) There are three visible buttons covered in fabric (like pic #7) and the the rest of the buttons you can't see are the regular little plastic buttons. It is in wonderful vintage condition (not claiming perfection:) No tags inside - Approx measurements: Pit-2-Pit 18"/Length 24"/Sleeves 22". Please see pics. Happy to answer any questions
