Adorable Special Occasion Dress

Trixxi dress Small Color is pinkish (maybe red?) with black floral design and black mesh top. Skirt flares slightly. Side zipper. Loose thread at waistline on the back (see picture). Otherwise, great condition. Only worn twice.
