Adorable Short Polkadot Dress

Such a cute dress, I've worn this twice only. Very youthful style with semi capped sleeves. Material is polyester and spandex so it's stretchy! Length is 29" from top of shoulder to end of dress. Brand is City Studio, not advertised brand (only for visibility).
