Adorable Navy Blue Dress size 4

Never been worn. Two layers. Short, lined navy blue dress with lace cap sleeves. Three button closure in the back with small keyhole (top button is missing from trying on as shown in photo). Tag says XL but will fit a size 4/6. Please contact me with any questions. Chest measures 19" Length measures 31" way too short for my old @#! lol
