Adorable NEW striped dress from Trina Turk

Black, blue and white striped 3/4 sleeve dress. I ordered a small originally and was sent a large, then after trying to finally get them to send me the right size, they sent a medium. So in love with the colors, cut and feel of the fabric but after paying full price for two dresses in the wrong size I finally gave up!!
