Maker is Attic & Barn, Italian silk dress, light blue with tiny stars design. (Color on close ups is more accurate than cover photo) bought in Paris. Size says M, but I’d say it’s small, 4-6. Small vertical ruffle down each side of the bust, elastic waist. Unlined. Measurements in inches: Shoulder: 15 Bust: 17 Waist stretched: 15.5 Hip: 21 Length: 39
