This is such a great little, one shoulder romper from Guess. Double layer of ruffles along the top and shoulder. Elastic waist & pockets. 100% rayon so it's super light and hangs just right. Pictures don't do this justice at all. Very lightly worn, just a few times & in perfect condition. Open to offers!
