Adorable Cut Out Romper

Beautiful romper with side cutouts and gold ring uniting top and shorts. Tie back closure and halter tie neck. Fabric is soft to the touch and feels luxurious. Romper has never been worn! I love it but have never found the right occasion for it. Don’t know the brand, was ordered from an online boutique a few years ago.
