Adorable Custom-Made Girls Grinchmas Dress 2-3T

This is new and never worn (still has the boutique tag) and is absolutely adorable for the holiday season. It is hand made with 2 different Grinch Prints. The straps can be pulled to correct fitted amount on the shoulders and then ties in place in the back. I would guess around a 2-3T little girls size. However, the measurements are shown with the garment laying flat (16.5" top of chest to bottom of Dress in front and 10" across the bust). A very cute dress for a little one for Christmas!
