Adorable Cocktail Dress

This dress is fun! Only worn twice. Top can be worn two ways - off the shoulder shawl on right, or up on shoulder for an asymmetrical tank fit. Side zip. Side detail on bottom for a super flattering, hip-hugging fit. Hits a little lower than mid-thigh (I’m 5’7”).
