Adorable Christmas polar bear and snowflakes vest

This vest has a fur detachable collar. The vest has 6 buttons and the fur collar has 6 or 7 elastic loops that the buttons go through to make the fur collar stay on & off. One of the elastic loops has come loose, but it is a very easy fix if you sew. Even if you don't sew (like me) this loop really doesn't effect the collar staying on the vest at all. I actually didn't notice it was loose until I took a better look at it. There a jingle bells on the vest and they do jingle.
